Cozy Powell (December 29, 1947-April 5, 1998) was a former drummer of Black Sabbath.
Reportedly, he was briefly bandmates with the late Ronnie James Dio in Black Sabbath, shortly before the recording of Dehumanizer. Reportedly, this line-up recorded demos.
Previous to Black Sabbath, he was a member of Rainbow, Whitesnake, and Blue Murder.
